- Is Bounce Houses and More, LLC insured?
- Yes, we carry a general liability policy and are happy to share proof-of-insurance when requested.
- What areas do you service?
- We are based out of Bluemont, VA and service the surrounding areas. You can find a map and a list of these towns/cities HERE.
- How do I make a reservation?
- It's simple - use the 'Products' drop down menu to select the item you would like to reserve. You then enter the date you would like to reserve the product to check availability. From there, you can enter your info and receive an email confirmation.
- How long is the rental period?
- Our inflatables are "full day rentals". We will deliver and set up from 7AM - 11AM and require pickup prior to dusk. Please let us know when your event ends and we can likely accommodate a pickup time that works.
- If you are having an indoor event, pick up can be scheduled after dark if needed.
- Is delivery and set up included?
- Delivery and set up is included for local rentals. Beyond 10 miles there is a delivery charge and this can be easily calculated through our booking software.
- Is there anything I need to provide?
- You do not need to provide anything except a flat surface and an outlet within 100’
- EXCEPTION: If you are renting a waterslide, the customer is responsible for providing a long enough hose for the slide.
- How do I pay for my reservation?
- In your confirmation email, you will receive a link to pay with credit card via Square.
- Is a deposit required?
- Yes, a deposit of $100 is required to hold the reservation. The deposit will be applied to the remaining balance due upon arrival of setting up the inflatable.
- Is the deposit refundable?
- A deposit can be fully refunded for any reason if a reservation is cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled date. If the reservation must be cancelled within 5 days there will be no refund.
- When is full payment due?
- Full payment is due the morning of the reservation before arrival. We will charge the card on file prior to delivery.
- What is your weather cancellation policy?
- Sometimes weather can be unpredictable and cause a reservation to be postponed or cancelled for unsafe conditions. Our weather policy guarantees we will issue a full refund for inclement weather if notified by 5PM the day prior to the booking for the following:
- Rain:
- A 50% or higher chance of rain
- The predicted chance of rain must be within 36 hours of your booking to provide a more reliable weather forecast
If you decide to proceed with the booking and it begins to rain during your event, you must shut off power to the blower until the rain stops.
THE INFLATBLE CANNOT BE OPERATED IN RAIN OR WIND OVER 15 MPH. YOU MUST SHUT OFF POWER TO THE BLOWER AND WAIT FOR CONDITIONS TO IMPROVE
- What if I need to cancel the day of the reservation?
- If you need to cancel the day of for any reason the deposit of $100 will be forfeited.
